One Day Three Places To Travel In Bangkok.

Thailand is known as a country rich with interesting attractions. Not only natural tourist attraction, the country is also sprinkled with a white elephant historical attractions. The capital metropolis of Bangkok, or Krung Thep in local circles, is the city that you wish to provide in 1001. Starting from the palaces, 400 temples, traditional art performances, up to the center of cosmopolitan shopping and entertainment extravaganza. 1. The Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew.

Grand Palace of Bangkok is building a large and elegant palace, that continues to amaze the visitor with beautiful architecture and intricate detail, all of which provide a sense of respect and proud of the creativity and expertise of the people of Thailand. To this day, the Grand Palace complex has remained the spiritual center of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the magnificent palace complex of King there are Wat Phra Kaeo. Wat Phra Kaeo is the Temple of Emerald Buddha which stores (the most sacred Buddha in Thailand). This is the kingdom of the most complex frequented by tourists. Here we can see the typical architecture of Thailand, such as temples and stupas, and ancient paintings depicting the story of Ramayana. The story of Ramayana is also portrayed in Hanuman statues supporting the stupa. In addition, there are also Royal Thai Decorations and Coin Pavilion which stores the royal medals and coins since the 11th century. Wat Phra Kaew can be a very full and busy, and the first came at 08.30 am. Wat Phra Kaew is located on Thanon Na Phra Lan, open daily from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

2. Wat Pho

Wat Pho is the oldest and largest Wat in Bangkok, dating from the 16th century. Wat Pho is located just behind the Grand Palace. From the gates of the Grand Palace, we only need a 30-minute walk from the gates of the magnificent temple. At Wat Pho Temple there is a giant sleeping Buddha statue which is very charming, symbolizes the Buddha on the last position at rest before going into nirvana, and pearl shell carvings of the 108 foot statue shows the Buddha's holy symbol. This golden statue of Buddha has a length of 46 meters with a height of 15 meters. It is said that pure gold is used to make this statue reportedly reached 5.5 tons. In addition to sleeping Buddha statue, Wat Pho in the complex there is also a statue of Buddha at least 1000 a variety of poses. The statue was kept in glass cabinets and around the temple, which can easily be enjoyed by visitors. if you're feeling tired around Wat Pho complex, behind this temple there is a School of Traditional Thai Massage. Wat Pho is located in Samachai Thanon, south of the Grand Palace. Open daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.


3. Wat Arun

Wat Arun temple of the kingdom are classified as primary class. This place is an old temple, built in ancient times when Ayutthaya was the capital of Thailand. The beauty of architecture and fine craftsmanship declare its status as first-class temples and one of the most prominent temples in Thailand. Spire of Wat Arun, which is reflected on the banks of the Chao Phraya River is one of the famous sights in Bangkok. This temple has a majestic towers (prang) more than 70 meters high, and beautifully decorated with small pieces of colored glass and Chinese porcelain placed carefully and thoroughly into the intricate patterns. As his nickname, known as the Temple of Dawn, this temple is really amazing when seen at sunset, especially when lit at night. Wat Arun is located in Thonburi on Thanon Arun Amarin. Open daily from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
